Deonna Fulfer Osborn is the President of Fulfer and Associates, Inc. She was immersed in the business from the time she was a small child, yet it took her two degrees and a few life circumstances before she decided to fully embrace accounting as her career. Once she did so in 2003, she has never looked back. Deonna performed her undergraduate work at Texas A&M University (Whoop!), and her graduate work at Southwest Texas State University (currently Texas State). She earned her Certified Public Accountant designation in January of 2011, and particularly enjoys meeting with clients and focusing on the more complex cases requiring research.

Deonna also holds the title of Registered Representative and manages the Investment Strategies sector of the firm.Deonna had the distinct pleasure of working alongside her mother and mentor, Donna (founder of Fulfer and Associates, Inc.) for nearly twenty years. In addition to learning a great deal about taxes, Deonna also learned first-hand exactly why the firm has been around so long-true care for others and the desire to treat everyone like family. Her mission is to carry on her mother’s legacy.

Deonna has one daughter, Hope, who is the absolute light of her life. Hope is Class of ’25 at Texas A&M University as a second-generation Aggie (Whoop!). Deonna and Hope have a St. Berdoodle named Jax and a crazy kitty named Gus, both of whom are treated like other children. Deonna also loves all things Disney, as you well know if you’ve ever made a trip to her office. Deonna is extremely involved in her community and with many local non-profits.
